Song #43: "83" by John Mayer

I love John Mayer's Room For Squares record. In fact its probably in my top 10 favorite albums of all time.  The song "83" reminds me of my childhood.  I just love it.  This isn't the best version of the song, so check it out on the album.  Happy Friday!

Song #42: "I Want You Back" by The Jackson 5

"I Want You Back" by The Jackson 5 has to be one of the best pop songs ever written.  I just love it!  Whenever I hear it, it makes me so happy.  Gotta love that young Michael Jackson.  Hope it puts a smile on your face today too!

Song #41 "So This Is Love" by Sara Gazarek

Yes, this is the same "So This Is Love" from Disney's Cinderella.  I love this version by this artist Sara Gazarek.  She's an amazing jazz singer.  I wish she would make another album.  This isn't the best version of her singing this song.  Check out her live album with it.

Song #40 "What I Did For Love" from A Chorus Line

17 years ago today, the world lost a very amazing young lady.  She was so talented & beautiful.  She sang this song at a high school talent show, so I always think of her when I hear it.  I miss you Meredith!

Song #38 "The Way You Look Tonight" by Frank Sinatra

Since today is Valentine's day, I've chosen my favorite song ever (that just happens to be a love song).  It's "The Way You Look Tonight" by Frank Sinatra (the best version ever!).  Happy love day!!!!

Song #37 "Walking On Broken Glass" by Annie Lennox

So, I've totally been bad about deciding on a song everyday lately.  Not sure that anyone even looks a this blog so I'm sure that it won't even matter.  So anywho...I've chosen "Walking On Broken Glass" by Annie Lennox.  Annie has got to have one of the most amazing voices out there.  I also love this video cause John Malkovich is in it and when I just re-watched it, Hugh Laurie (aka Dr. House) is in it too.  Regardless of who's in the video, I love this song and she sings the fire out of it!
